Great with vegetables
Grilled vegetables offer a burst of smoky flavor, texture and vibrant colour to any meal. Whether it's sweet bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, or hearty mushrooms, grilling vegetables enhances natural sweetness and adds a satisfying char. We love grilled veg as a side, and as a main too.
Tip: Lightly coat vegetables with olive oil or another high-heat oil to prevent sticking and help them develop a nice char. Arrange the vegetables over direct heat on the grill - cooking them directly over the flames or heat source helps to caramelize their sugars and develop delicious flavour. Once the vegetables are grilled to perfection, remove them from the grill and serve them immediately for the best flavour and texture.
