Great with chicken
A beloved favourite for gatherings, barbecues, or a simple weeknight meal enjoyed alfresco. Grilled chicken and turkey are prime examples of simplicity with impact. of and will be given the seal of approval by people of all ages. (We're looking at you, picky kiddos). Guaranteed to make the crowd come back for seconds.
Tip: Start with properly well prepared chicken by trimming excess fat and patting it dry with paper towels. This helps ensure even cooking and prevents flare-ups on the grill. Choose your favorite marinade or brine recipe and allow the chicken to infuse or soak for at least 30 minutes to several hours before grilling. Make sure your grill is preheated to medium-high heat before adding the chicken, as this will reduce the chicken sticking and helps create beautiful grill marks for and even cook. Then, move the charred cook to an area of indirect heat to finish cooking through and remember to cook to temperature and not time!

Alder Chunks
Vendor:Whittle & FlameMade by our great friends from Whittle and Flame from their new home in North Devon, smoking chunks are an essential flavour enhancer to your barbecue - but pair with your food carefully. Alder is traditionally used for smoking salmon as it delivers a mild, sweet and earthy flavour. We recommend it is best paired with the more delicate proteins like fish or chicken or thinner cuts of pork. Not best suited to add smoke to more powerful rubs and marinades given its subtlety, so use Oak or Cherry if you need something with more punch.Regular price £20.00 3KGRegular priceUnit price / perSale price £20.00 3KG
