- House of Charcoal Gift Cards can be redeemed against purchases made at houseofcharcoal.co.uk.
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will expire after this period.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or deleted Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
