  1. The competition opens on the 2nd of September and closes on the 15th of September 2026. With the winner annouced on the 16th September 2026.
  2. The prize consists of 1x BSTRD. Compact & Charcoal Bundle.
  3. If the winner does not reply within 72 hours of initial contact, the prize will then be offered to a reserve winner who will be chosen from the other entrants
  4. The winner will be contacted via email from customerservices@houseofcharcoal.co.uk
  5. We will be in contact with the winner directly before announcing on our channels.
  6. We will arrange delivery directly with the winner on a day that suits them.
  7. There is no cash alternative to the BSTRD. Compact & charcoal bundle.
